found in 1903 by Arthus de Coninck, sold to Imperia in 1929 and since 1933 no Excelsior cars

founded in 1859 by brothers Emile and Leon Nagant, since 1900 cars with licence of French Rochet-Schneider

Pipe (built by the Compagnie Belge de Construction Automobile of Ghent) had some success in this period. Jacques Guders and Lucien Hautvast were 8th and 9th in the 1903 Circuit des Ardennes, and Hautvast was 6th in the 1904 Gordon Bennett Cup and 2nd in the 1907 Kaiserpreis. They also won a couple of more minor races in 1905.

@David: Do you have more details about that car? I only now that Raymond Miesse was son of the constructor and was also racing driver.
