Pipe (built by the Compagnie Belge de Construction Automobile of Ghent) had some success in this period. Jacques Guders and Lucien Hautvast were 8th and 9th in the 1903 Circuit des Ardennes, and Hautvast was 6th in the 1904 Gordon Bennett Cup and 2nd in the 1907 Kaiserpreis. They also won a couple of more minor races in 1905.

There's an excellent Belgian site which you might not know and which hosts Daniel Absil's "Les Constructeurs Belges" - there is quite a bit there on both Miesse and Pipe:

Antoine
Belgica
FN
Jenatzy
Korn
Rossel
Saroléa
Springuel
Vincke
Vivinus
