Most of your answers can be found here, although you can't quite take it as gospel. For instance, they have Snider's car 84 entered by Calumet Farms when it was clearly a Foyt entry.

It's very difficult to do the line-ups, as there are many changes, team that only entered occasionally,... Only Euromotorsport gives me a big headache each year, with so much drivers!!

I think KargoStopper should really be Pacific Summit Motorsports.

Anybodyy have any idea why Granatelli changed their race number from 2 to 4 midway through the season?

Guerrero(and Unser at once) just preferred team backup, year old March in the latter part of the season, which used to be #4.

To Mig007
Actually you`re can`t list part timers by racing number - so called "field fillers" sometimes used other teams
existing race numbers on simple reason - not to pay the entry fee.
For example Dobson never drove for Bettenhausen. #16 at Portland was his own entry.
#60 Johncock at Indy was RMR (Royal Motor Racing) and #85 at Michigan, Hemelgarn entry.
#28 & #82 Carter at Indy - Pace Racing
#27 Krueger - Elmer Fields Racing
#77 Bigelow at Indy and Krueger were entered by George Walther
#87 Gehlhausen at Indy was entered by MS Racing (i have no idea what that means)

#50 is a mistake in Harms database. Should be #60. Vince Granatelli sold this car to David Anderson(owner of RMR) on may 15 1988.
