Does anyone know anything of the motor racing career of Robert Huguet (born 27 February 1901, died 7 March 1979), other than that he shared a Talbot with Louis Rosier at Le Mans in 1938? According to the site below, he was a member of the French Resistance from the start (like 'Williams' and Robert Benoist) and his exploits, including a 6km car chase followed by a gunfight, read like the synopsis of a film.

Anthony Blight calls him Maurice Huguet in "French Sports Car Revolution". No idea what his source is though.

Martin Krejci goes with Robert and also has him down as "in programme only" with Rosier in the 1938 Paris 12 Hours.
