New series on 7.30 Wednesday evening on BBC1 repeated on Sunday at 6.30.

Just watched this on BBC iPlayer. Episode 1 of 6, Guy makes a cuppa ( quelle surprise !) after creating his own cup at the Wedgewood works, tea pot from a self built blast furnace and choosing from a variety of tea's. Found it rather charming.

Just what the diminutive Chris thought :) Mind you his bike probably generated just as much heat as the blast furnace after bouncing down the road at last years senior !!

Wouldn't it have been a good idea to introduce Guy more fully ? They seem to be missing a trick by presenting a largely anonymous dude chugging around the canals. I think too that Guy and his mate are just about on the edge of hamming it up to the point of irritation, but maybe this is some sort of character establishing thingy. Having said this, I still enjoyed it. :)
