A treasure racing in the east block version of F1 xD I guess (I dont know for sure since I'm a n00b ... but thats what I guess)... it's in the former DDR (GDR) at the old Sachsenring video is from 1984

Great find. This track is absolutely insane to drive in rFactor with an F1 car.

Agreed, that was quality. Especially Eddie's high pitched laugh every time Coulthard told it how it was going to be.

That was awesome.

I love this sport so much!!!

The Australian GP can't come soon enough. Can't wait for this season and I hope that there will be some epic moments that will make it into future highlights videos.

The problem with such videos is that I spend too much energy checking off and identifying the races/drivers/cars/years rather than appreciating them.

A bit corny, with cheesy over-dramatic music, feels a little forced. But some good clips. Would have been much better without the manufactured drama... sorry if that's a bit grumpy lol

A fine compilation, however I have one problem with it.

17 minutes - 3 seconds of 1960s and 10 seconds of 1950s. "This is Formula One". Forget Fangio, forget Clark, forget Moss. "This is Formula One".

I mean, seriously, you make 17 minutes long F1 compilation called "This is Formula One" and you put in it 15 seconds for 2 decades of racing

I enjoyed it, even if some of the Schumacher parts get me teared up at the moment.

Still, Ron Dennis cold emotionless voice in with all the winning euphoria made me laugh.

Nicely put together video indeed. It appears to have been taken fully from clips magpied from the internet, hence the terrible quality of some of them, including some recent ones. In my opinion, it needs a bit more direction and focus, but nice editing indeed. My main problem was the widescreen/aspect ratio issues throughout the film, which was very apparent as the editor swapped between 70's and 90's so much.

I still cant believe Barichello survived that crash at imola. The decelleration is astonishing. As awful as that weekend was, it could easily have been 3 dead

It happened right in front of me. I was looking the other way at that moment but let me tell you, I must have jumped three feet off the seat when the wall of sound hit me. It was terrifying.
