Yes I was wondering if anybody has or knows where I can find Formula Vee racing photos from the United States in the early 1970's. Formula Vees in Australia are popular, and on this forum we see alot info on their Formula Vees, but it is hard to find any photos or past results of any Formula Vee racing in the United States. Also there is a new video game out that represents the older Formula Vees, so that is why I asking for any information of Formula Vees that raced in the early 1970's is because I would like to make a carset, for example the 1970 SCCA ARRC championship for the Formula Vees. Thanks in advance for any information.

It will be some time until I get to them, and there won't be many, but I did shoot a few FV races in '74 when I was just starting to take racing snaps.

As I said, there won't be many so don't get your hopes up too high.

When I do it, I will set up a set. In the meantime this is what I have on flickr.

Also there is a new video game out that represents the older Formula Vees,

New Vee game? You mean this one, for the rFactor simulator?

(I mentioned this one here a few months ago, arrived end of 2009, so it's hardly new - but it's pretty good. )

Afaik, there is no other virtual game or simulation with Vees in it.

I have some as well, starting in 1975 at the SCCA Runoffs. (though they may be "too new!")

While I can not help much with period Photos. VSCDA does run a series in the upper midwest for 1969 and older FV. The cars maintain most of the early appearance except for updated roll hoops. In reality most of the cars look better than those competing in the early 70's
