Rather incredible, Costaz has followed up his gold in Malaysia with another one in China. 656pts has moved him into 2nd place only 10pts behind DWRacers who maintains his top spot. A good showing from the Sauber engine and another strong performance from Kovalainen was the trick this time around. The silver medal this time goes to Briggaman with 608pts despite relatively poor showings from his lower order drivers. He climbs 11 places to 28th off the back of it. The bronze goes to EssexVilla with 605pts and he breaks the top 20. Other movers and shifters include Osiris(boy) who continues his climb into 3rd place. Stephen moves back up to 6th and BOF moves 5 places into 7th. matt_carter moves 7 places into joint 8th while Makarias has a terrible race dropping from 2nd place to 11th thanks to poor races from Glock, Toro Rosso's Ferrari engine and the fact the Red Bull constructor wasn't all-conquering this weekend. Pat Byrne's 5 transfers in one week seem to have paid off. A climb of 4 places was one thing but it was a good points haul that will see him climb higher if he keeps it up. The other man to make transfers, kkr, lost 18pts compared to his original team but still climbed 4 places into the top 10. pdac has hit the bottom spot despite making 4 changes. Though this is probably because the previous bottom team, Penguin, came 19th overall in China with strong scores across the board. The biggest faller of the week was Wlleiotl with a drop of 13 places from 3rd to 16th. Glock, Alguersuari & Maldonado was about the worst combination of lower order drivers to have for China.

Well there's an interminable three week break now before we head to Turkey for round 4. Don't forget to get your changes in before first practice!

What do you mean, 'rather incredible'? Team Costaz F1 has been doing simulation test running all winter, and the effort now pays off! Thanks to all the guys back in the factory, for sure they have been doing a great job - and I'm sure that they'll keep it up for the next races. For sure, we have new developments in line, and we vow to continue with our aggressive approach.
