The Monoposto Club run a class where FF2000 (pinto)cars run , and the URS series allows the more modern (well up to 1983) cars ,mainly Van Diemens with a B Class for earlier FF2000s.
In the Monos there are also a few of the later F2000 cars with modified motors running in the open 2 litre class too , but other than that its just pre 1981 cars in whats known as Historic FF2000 .

Last I checked with the US scene, they weren't even running Ford-engines, but rather Chryslers - this would be late-2000s, so confirmation would be nice.

As Alan says - Historic FF2000 is enjoyng a revival at the moment, having achieved full MSA Championship status this year. I think there is still an FF2000 championship in the States, using Zetec engines. Some of those cars have found their way into F4 in the UK - they're very nice bits of kit.
I raced FF2000 in the US (Tatuus with the old Pinto SOHC motor) until 2005, and it is still alive and well now. I am looking for setup information for various UK tracks. I'll check out MSA and see if I can get some info there.
Thanks (All).

Formula Ford 2000 was running as a "modern" series in Denmark 'till 2003. In the spring the track Ring Djursland and the class celebrated 25 years of the class in Denmark, and as the season passed, it was suspected that it would be the last year of a championship - and it proved to be.
Last I checked with the US scene, they weren't even running Ford-engines, but rather Chryslers - this would be late-2000s, so confirmation would be nice.

It is the Ford Zetec now, but some Pinto motors still out there.

Just another thanks, and to check that my personal photo was updated to the Tatuus.
