Happy birthday Felipe. It would be a superb birthday present and more if he took the chequer at Monza
Massa is an exciting driver to watch at times. Especially when he has his good buddy and engineer Rob Smedley urging him on not to "drive like a girl".
And at Monte Carlo he can really turn it on during qualifying and the race.
One of my favorite snippets is Felipe during practice or qualifying [?] this year at Monte Carlo when he was all out. Throwing the car through the chicane and then brushing the armco going into the Piscene and finally onto the curb through Anthony Noghes and the car being thrown around and his great car control. A joy to watch.
He is mercurial and nobody ever knows which Felipe will turn up - like that dreadful Silverstone day in 2008.
And I did not agree at all with what he and his engineer did at Hockenheim 2010.
But he is an asset to any team and given a good car can deliver the goods - it was because Ferrari let him down TWICE that he lost the 2008 world title, and Luca apologized.
