Hmm... options if Bahrain is go:
1) include all 20 races into the scoring,
2) include all races except for Bahrain or
3) include the first 19 races of the season.

I'm leaning towards 1).

Or more preferrably
4) Stay the hell away from oppressive murderous dictatorships, Bernie!

5) Use all 20 races but normalize the scores so that total number of points is still 1919.
