It's a posers Motor Show that happens to be held in Italy.

Very little competition and nothing to do with the original event except name.Ten years ago it was a bit of a race where you could drive briskly

This nonsense about a race!If you like a long drive in some interesting areas and not so interesting areas its ideal.Patience and even temper is required whilst you spend time in line.

Could hold the regularity in the parking area used to check cars before the event. Its Italian regularity which again is like no other in world. Not a suprise Rowan was in top ten thoughout!

Nice free ?watch.

We just had our local version in Western Canada: http://www.classiccaradventures.com/

Some of it above the snow line. Traffic free roads, no BS, no timed sections, no police and no "free" watch! All for 450 bucks.

Different strokes different folks that is what the forum is all about
No problem with me I love seeing the cars again
Why expect people who can afford but may not have the driving skills, to race
Prefer sensibility having seen unnecessary incidents at Goodwood
Exhibitions have their place
Also like the wrist watches ! ! !

Yup. Pretty much sums it up. And from time to time still bloody dangerous too... in most instances through incompetence amongst those who imagine they are indeed 'racing'.
