Don't have a list, but I came across an interesting - if poor condition - bit of film in a Deutsche Wochenschau, showing activities at NSKK Motorsportschule MB1 at Dessau. Although it's from a newsreel dated October 20th 1943 you can clearly see the familiar figure of Adolf Hühnlein chatting to the boys at one point. As I'm sure you're aware, he'd been dead for sixteen months by then! The relevant bit starts at about 2 minutes 35 seconds:

"Süychtein bei Krefeld" that is Süchteln (today in the city of Viersen) was a predecessor to Rheindahlen (note the spelling, again! ), and was in fact a Motor-SA-Schule. Süchteln was closed AFAIK 1934 (or at last 1935), whereas Rheindahlen was opened in 1938.

Suggest you seek out this book. Published in August 1936, it runs to 280 pages and includes 130 pages of photos, many of which feature the motorcycle schools to which you refer. I found this copy at a local village bookfair in England.
