I apologise for the fact that this is hardly a TNF area but can anyone furnish details of the 2.0l cars ,in particular I would like to look through the manual that these cars were supplied with when the the Series started ? Mk1 or 2 cars it doesn't matter but basic set up figures would be most helpful too.
We are thinking of moving from Classic FF2000 to the Monos so any information would be most helpful . Thanks in advance

Does anyone still manufacture the 'planks' on which they are built? I ask because original ones would surely be in bad condition by now - although as theres no FVL series as such now Im sure you could run some of the 'special' planks certain teams ran, if you can get hold of them.

I understand that the sandwich material is available for when new bottoms are required.
The cars are still run in the Monopost series in the UK but information is sparse .

It would probably be worth asking the same question "In another place2, ie the Ten-Tenths forum as they have a lot members actively involved in historics.

Yes. I realise that Thanks ,but I felt that with the years of experience found on here I might locate someone who has been active with the FVL cars . Being a mere three score years and ten plus myself , I'm sure that a number of younger TNF people might have had some involvement as it was "only 20 "odd years ago .

These cars were designed and constructed by Reynard.

The Panels were made by Technical Resin Bonders.

You might try, Here

Good luck

Hello

I looked after an FVL a while back and the driver has had a few over the years. I may be able to help with specific questions and where to get parts.

Does anyone know where I can find the right people/sources about the qualifying grid/times for the Formula Vauxhall Lotus race at the 1988 Birmingham Superprix which it was cancelled on the day due to time constraits?
