When I view a topic, I'm seeing a threaded list of posts and replies instead of seeing each post complete in chronological order. Is there a setting to switch the display back to complete posts in chronological order?

Try clicking the "Options" button on the top right and then "Standard".

I just got this myself. I was Googling and clicked a link from Google to here and the page was in the "Outline" format and all subsequent forum surfing had the same format.

I don't think Autosport itself can do anything about this, but it should be kept in mind if you are coming from a Google search to here.

Been pointed out before :) I think it's probably something to do with how Google's web bot harvests stuff.

It seems to be specific to the Google Chrome browser for me.

It is a Google issue and how you are directed here.
