Hi to all,

Not sure if this is the place to ask my question, but I am sure if there is a place in which I can find an answer, is this!

After reading the Human Rights Watch's letter to the FIA/FOTA & their press release regarding the Bahrain situation and the possible rescheduling for the Grand Prix, I am wondering, has this happened before? Has ever HRW (or Amnisty International, etc.) written to the FIA/FOTA/FISA (or similar organizations)?

Press Release:

Letter:

The only similar situation I can remember was with the South African Grand Prix, mid-80s, during the apartheid.

Any other stories?

Thanks, Niky.
