Button lucky that all his mistakes were cancelled out by the SC.
Shame for Schumacher.
Good for Webber
Force India drivers were both useless today.

I wouldn't call it "cracked". Button was in the faster car and with the DRS, Vettel wouldn't have stood a chance to win anyway - so he tried everything to get the gap back to 1s, overdrove the car, got onto the wet part of the track and that was it.

It is not a shame, unless you would call most penalties this days shame.
For coherence Button should be penalized.

Pity that Koba lost out after being in 2nd place at one stage. What a finish for Massa...

Also unlucky with all the safety cars.

Won't happen. The Alonso incident was a racing incident they were neck and neck on turn in and Alonso closed off the radius, no penalty will be given!Button will finish probably 4th when it is all said and done.
He definitely deserves to be penalized. Bullying his way to the front.

Wonder why they didn't finish the Button-Hamilton fuss during the red flag period. Plenty of time.My gut feeling is that Alonso and Hamilton won't make too much fuss about it, because at the end of the day, Button prevented Vettel getting the full point. If they complain then that just make the points gap bigger.

My thoughts as well + politically the FIA will not like to penalise race winners. My gut feeling is that Alonso and Hamilton won't make too much fuss about it, because at the end of the day, Button prevented Vettel getting the full point. If they complain then that just make the points gap bigger.

That's certainly one way to look at it, but as i said, he didn't have much to lose at that point, so he was taking more risks than usual, just to keep his tiny chance to win the race alive. For me, that's not the same like for example Hamilton's race in Interlagos 2007 or 2008. I think it's a bit strange to see people laughing at Vettel "choking"/"cracking"/whatever, when that was actually his first major mistake in a race situation this year and he didn't lose anything in the end.So essentially he made a mistake ... in loose terms that is the definition of cracking under pressure isn't it ?

It was good to see Massa competitive in the wet again.

Yeah, Im happy for Jensen. Yes he took out Alonso, but that was a normal racing incident. Could have happened to anyone.
Lets hope that this race won`t get tainted by giving Jenson a 10s penalty.
Holy Cow, how on earth did Button won that race?!
I really hope that Vettels luck is vanished, he was doing so great so far, but also had a bit luck (Monaco) - or the championship is over.

Unfair Race if Button wins this without Penalty.
To top of it Today we even had Safety Car until Intermediates...

IMO he wasn't the main culprit in the Hamilton incident and with Alonso it was a racing incident. So no, I don't think Button should be penalized for either of those two.

I know people have their favourites, but Button did nothing today that was calculated, pre-meditated or "dirty" - I wonder if the DRS effect was compounded by the greasy conditions, atmospheric pressures, etc.? Definitely was a farce that the DRS cars blew past like they did.
