Sometime driver of rather underpowered Volvos and - I think - the Chequered Flag Stratos?
Seems hard to imagine he used to be nick-named 'Catweazle'. Given the present predeliction for a 'degage' appearance and all manner of bizarre and unkept facial hair, Per-Inge looks positively smart and tidy! (Says he, having neglected to shave for days on end).

Would that would be the one with the extra water tank temporarily fitted to the navigator footwell and the hose running under the bonnet which claimed to be for the radiator overflow?
