Evening all,

I have been trying to find out about a Reliant Sabre GT that was on the entry list of the 1968 Gulf Rally. According to the entry list it was car 106 and driven/co-driven by Martin Pearson/Arthur Norton.



Does anyone possibly have any photographs of the car or know of the driver/co driver or even know if the Sabre completed the rally?

If I am reading the almost unintelligible results correctly (an early attempt at computerised results that you really need to print out to align and read), they retired in the second "half" of the rally after SS56 Hawkeshope (Kielder).
I was servicing a car that retired in Yorkshire, not long before that, but I have no recollection whatsoever of a Sabre - and our car was not far behind on the entry list so they would have been passing our service points regularly.
