Do any of the esteemed historians here know if any of the 1963 and/or 1964 Mickey Thompson Indy cars still exist??? I don't recall ever hearing of any of these cars in museums or in private collections. Just wondering...

Hey MacMiller,
Great to have seen you at Indy! Hope to mail you soon.
With respect to your question:
Within the other 64 MT cars thread there are sopme pictures published of pictures taken at Mickey's warehouse. It did show one skate, without engine in 1963 bodyshape.
I think it is safe to assume that the MacDonald wreck was dicarded once the engine was salvaged and handed back to Ford. The blue, titanium car remains a mystery for me.
So there has been at least one that survived for a while, but if it is still around and where?
Personally, If still existing, I would love to see that car being taken to a wind tunnel roomn and being put to the test out there.
best regards,
