Looking at it again, I think picture 1 is indeed 1932. But if you look carefully at 4 and 5, you'll see the Delage is numbered 7 in those - which it carried in 1933. Where did you get the idea it was number 3? http://www.formula2.net/V1933-03.htm99% sure its Earl Howes Commer van , I was just looking into it and found in 1933 he had no.3 ! But in 1932 he had no. ! So I 'll conclude its Howes van but 1932 ! (?).
Thanks Vitesse2.

And the Moore/Thackwell outfit of 1957 and 1958 had absolutely no connection with the 1960 NZIGP team except that both used black and silver Coopers and NZ drivers

Number 17 is Peter Whitehead's Maserati 300S at the 1956 May Silverstone and number 18 is the works D type for Mike Hawthorn that he drove in the 1955 British GP sports car support race at Aintree.

Thanks for all contributions , 10% of my unidentifyed picture are now in the clear. But I find it better to end it here!
Please Ted Walker , as owner of 17 , perhaps you would be kind enough to help with the name or letters on the transporter in the top right of your picture .

As I said that is a photo taken by myself at Brands Hatch on May 29, 1955. The MkIX's fins are a different shape to a Mark XIII, and the air intakes in the nose are different. I have a Lotus sales leaflet to check against. The engine was a Ford 1172 cc.See Post 21
I now remember sending this as one of a number of pictures to Bjorn that showed transporters. Sorry for any embarassment'

Photo 19 shows the Maserati 450S the factory intented Behra to race at the 1957 "Race of two worlds" at Monza. The car did not start due to a broken transmission. See Oosthoek & Bollée "Maserati 450S" book for a similar picture and all the details.

GZ means North-Holland.
I have a strong impression that it must be Eric Verkade, quite possibly his Maserati V4. I had GZ60975 in my notes for him, but a 3 and a 5 can easily be mixed up when reading from photographs.
