Stirling Moss has such fantastic racing stories. He was also so clever to purchase many of the cars that he raced.

The car is simply beautiful. My favorite part being the gills in the rear haunches. They just look so raw.

It's hard to find good information about these. I think they are powered by a flat-four, but I could be mistaken.

Very interesting video, check it out

The car is a Porsche RS-61 Spyder. Originally purchased by Brumos, driven by Bob Holbert and Roger Penske to fifth overall, first in class, at the 1961 Sebring 12 Hrs. The car had a 1500cc air cooled flat four that put it in class F. Sold to Tom Payne, who drove it in the 1961 SCCA National season, winning Class FM National title. Payne had the car painted red, with transverse yellow stripes on the front.

Most RS61's racing these days run with two litre four cams.

It's very nice to have a view from the inside it feels like you are driving the car alongside the driver
