Would any of our friends out in California US have any information on a Harold R Millar who raced open wheelers & probably other cars in the very early 70’s?

Any info about the man and if I could trouble you to take a look at your old west coast programs from 72 & 73 for a listing of him would be tops!

We have in our (my brother’s) possession a March 722 #43 FB, which Harold purchased new in 72 and ran a few meetings before being sold by him in 1992 and then put away until about 10 years later when it was finally restored. At best this chassis only did about ½ dozen events back then.
It was never painted and was only in white gel coat. It only had a number on the side
Any information or knowledge on Harold would be most appreciated.

Below - the MARCH 722-43 today.

I was at a lot of races in the 70s, but the name is not familiar to me, nor is the car & I'm in Northern California. Perhaps Harold R. Millar was from Southern California? A good source would be the SCCA. Ask them for the contact information of the SCCA archivist for Southern California. If he's in fact from Northern California let me know.

I've since found that Harold was from the Van Nuys area of LA and he only raced in that local area.
Layabout, I'll try your suggestion.

This is an image taken in 1992 wit hthe front wings removed when it first sold & picked up from Harold.

Giffo did you ever find him? He drove a white Lotus FB in 1969 and I want to know what type Lotus it was!
