Once again you've chosen a day when I will be excommunicado, Ron. Maybe there'll be something for me to mop up when I get home...

Don't the Poms and Yanks know that KFC specialise in dead chook?

How have they possibly got this far in life without that knowledge?

 In an effort to include SELDO and DAVID Mc K..I will move the QUIZ 30 minutes FORWARD .
I.E. 7.30 p.m. Wednesday Australian Time (About A day and a half to go )

I thought that most people ,by now would know about,,,,Kentucky Fried CHOOKS ..

Hopefully my computer will last the distance ,
Recently it has been a bit dickey..(As in unreliable )
And it wont go on the Wallaby (as in..On a trip around Australia )
Possibly it may go Tits Up...(as in DIE )
In which case I will give a friend a Tinkle (as in Telephone call )
To delay the Quiz for a day.(as in 24 Hours ) ( LOL.)

That simply doesn't bear thinking about!

And you might let Ron know about spelling 'tingle' correctly. Unless that's his Kiwi accent, of course...

'Tinkle', in relation to a telephone call, seems more 'correct' than 'tingle', in my view.

In these days of mobile phones it's quite possible, here in Pom land, for us to give someone a tinkle while going for a tinkle - if we only had dunnies. ;)

Rockdale [Sydney], Ray.......then again, maybe I didn't grow up!

That seems awfully uncivilized, Tim........not having any dunnies.

Well, we do have one, but it's a long way away from us in southern England, and there's usually a queue:

Just wondering why you would need a club - just for ONE dunny?.......Unless the club is for keeping the queue in line?

It certainly is civilised, when they let you spell 'civilised' correctly. I'm relieved [pun intended] to hear that you have TWO dunnies - you can spend tuppence, then.

Well, it's allegedly chook. But I have my doubts.

There's a pub in the Isle of Wight been doing a nice line in rook salad though.
