Ahh... future nostalgia!
I remember when we had the 24-hour race at Bathurst and a bunch of people in the Paddock Club got it on live streaming. There were many comments about the circuit... "You wouldn't be able to do that here!" was the thought.

HI RAY..I was expecting a comment,,though I understand it is.nt a complaint..
But I had an answer ready....There is a good chance that they may show the CLASSIC
SALOON Races as well..(Good excuse aye ) There are many retired Australian and Kiwi
drivers now living in the states ,,who will be interested,if they can stay awake.!!

Good point, Ron...
They generally manage to dig out some black and white stuff, the Studebakers leading into Hell Corner and that sort of thing. That should turn the Yanks on.

The Yanks will not understand it. The cars look vaguely different, and the headlights work.
They will need a balding Tasmanian as a local commentator to explain it all.Though he would probably be itching to have a drive.

It would be great if they showed an Australian Classic Car Race with Jim Richards and
his pals racing the early Mustangs,,Comaros,,Valiants,,XU1.s,,etc.. though I am not aware if
they will be racing at Bathurst this year..(Someone will tell me )
