Oh, Barry... I'm just floored! I opened the thread without the slightest knowledge of the dreadful news contained. I'm so, so sorry for the loss of your wife.

I hope that it comes as some comfort to you to learn that you have friends the World over.

Barry, I just want to add my very sincere condolences to the many already expressed with the heartfelt respect that you've so thoroughly earned as both a knowledgeable and personable member of TNF.

I am late posting this, as I have been away, so sorry to hear your bad news Barry, I cannot imagine what losing a life partner is like. You have always been there for Heather, and cared for her all you could, I know, after last year, that it is not at all easy to cope with.

something everyone on TNF can agree on no doubt - life and love are so much more important than silly old racing cars.

sorry to hear this terrible news.

Dear Barry,

While these types of condolences seem wholly inadequate, I do wish to offer my deepest sympathy.

Barry,

Feel a heavy heart to hear of your loss, can't pretend to know your pain. Try to remember the wonderful times you were together to help you get through this terrible time.
