This chap is proving a bit too much of a mystery for my liking;

I wondered whether he was one of two David Cole's linked to racing - the 2nd, a uni professor who deals with technical issues and with the impact of racing drivers have upon that, appears, thanks to a few chaps, not to be the same man, although I've not got the 100% confirmed answer with that.


However, is David Cole, the same man as this fellow - http://www.nonleague...p...L&nid=29513 - MEM went bust a few years later, but the man is listed as a former racing driver and I'm wondering how many ex-racers called David Cole there could've been.

All I know biographically about DC during his racing days is that he lived in the Berkshire/Greater London area, although again that's quite vague..
