Doug should be able to answer that. He was very close to handing the work to the editor around Goodwood FOS time. I bought the 2012 Road & Track calendar, "A Champion's Photos", at Rennsport. Very nice photos. Here is a link:

A billboard at Laguna Seca during the Monterey Historics in August. It was a pity there was no tribute (of which I was aware).

Good news about the progress on the book.
I stopped nagging DCN about it...I'm sure he thinks I'm a pest! Here's how long the gestation has been: Doug first "teased" the book in a thread I started back in 2004! I'm certain it will be one of those rare things that is truly well worth the wait.
