OK - in that case it should be the surname of the Brabham and McLaren designer whose given name happens to be Gordon.
So - I suppose that makes the question something along the lines of - "What is the surname of the designer of Brabham and McLaren F1 cars as well as the McLaren road car and several others."

Possibly because he supports his local footy team Bristol Rovers.

As an adopted local I like to give equal support to both Bristol’s finest but at the moment I’m afraid neither of them is in any way outstanding. My true footy allegiance lies elsewhere. ;)

Have you shifted to LA Airport, Ron. I had to go through a security check before they would let me in to reply!! Not all of us Kiwis are crooked, although your Queensland Hospital people might wonder. $15M, mansions, boats, cars, and nobody noticed?

I do know,,but being a Kiwi born,I like to hear an Aussie say it.!!

Obscure Questions,Yes Ray thats what I do,,No fun in asking..
What is the name of the dog in the T.V. series "Mad About You."?
All 30 questions are normally answered in about 90 minutes..
It.s all in the name of."Keep that old brain working "

There is a programme on Aussie T.V.Channel One called "Jeopardy"
where they give you the answer, and you must give the question..

The Rest of the 30 Questions will be "Normal" on Quiz 21.

Ray,interesting that the 1937 1938 25 hp Vauxhall had a body that was
made by Willys...I do take notice of what you say..(Quiz # 20.)

Good to hear from you all.
Quiz begins in 11 Hours..From 3 minutes ago..

A Man was standing out in the middle of a paddock for 2 days and 2 nights..

Why was he standing there ??

He was a Kiwi on his way home from the cricket and became lost. A farmer was digging in the paddock with a pick and shovel and he asked for directions as to whether this road or that road would take him to Whykickamoocow. When the farmer told him "they both go to Whykickamoocow" and to "take his pick" he became confused....
"Why do I need a pick..."

:rotfl: Well Done G Mackie..Yes Correct...He was entered for Mastermind,,and they told

(He most likely got there by driving his V W Beetle )

Now Seldo .If this is "Pick On Ron Week " you must get your Maori Spelling correct,
try Waikikamookau ..though another Kiwi born may do a better job..

LOL. I did know that Ron as I've been there once upon a time about 35 yrs ago. Couldn't help it though after your dig about the cricket which, by the way didn't upset me...much... :)
BTW - I understand that the General Manager is taking me out for dinner somewhere to some friend whom I've never met, so I will have to see if there's any pickings left at 11pm when I get home...
