At theoldmotor.com we have started a series of posts on this incredible early SOHC Wisconsin-Stutz engine. We have found several very interesting and detailed period press reports that we are going to be showing, that you are sure to find interesting. In addition we will be showing period photographs of some of the cars.
Myself and well know author Leigh Dorrington, are also going to be putting together a series of posts on early Packard racing history with original Packard Company photographs from the Rod Blood Collection which are on loan from the Larz Anderson Automobile Museum.

Does this engine have any relationship with the 6-cylinder aero engine that powered the Wisconsin Special that set the disputed 180 mph speed record in 1922?
