Cabianca,There were two Cunningham C-4Rs entered at Reims in 1954. Race numbers were 5 & 6. Driver pairings were Cunningham/Johnston and Fitch/Walters. Can anyone tell me how the two cars placed and which team ran under which race number.
Many thanks.
the (wonderful) book: Reims , vitesse, champagne et passion tells us:
car #5 (Cunningham /Johnston) 4th in practice, 5th oa in the race.
car #6 (Walter /Fitch ) 5th in practice, 6th oa in the race.
Even a small (frontal) shot of both cars (#5 and #6) in the pits...
Best regards Michael

Many thanks, Michael,
I have the picture of the two cars in the pits and the details (only one has a headrest) allow one to identify which car is which. Now you've allowed me to complete the puzzle.
