I think that is at the Pattaya circuit.I have a hazy idea there was a pic published in one of the UK classic mags a few years ago of a monument that had been erected in Thailand in memory of Bira.

I know for a fact that one of the owners has attended the British GP a number of times,

Chakrabongse HouseIn one of his C&SC columns a year or two ago ISTR Simon Taylor mentioning that he stayed in a small hotel with chalet/bungalows in Bangkok, en route to China, which was owned by a Bira family member and had memorabilia there, and was reasonably priced ( a relative expression, I appreciate) but it may be worth contacting Simon for more details if that is what might appeal..
