THANK YOU! He's back after we've suffered through countless Gary Anderson articles. His continued presence will factor into my decision about whether or not I will continue to subscribe to the web site.

The lord be praised.

...This doesn't mean you'll be taking away Dieter Rencken's column, does it? ;)

Bummer. Better than nothing though and hopefully it leads back to a full time gig.

Please take him on fully, hugely superior to Anderson.

Scarbs in Autosport would be a reason for me to consider renewing my subscription.

Painful to read. I really hope that none of the decision makers at Autosport are able to read that and feel good about what they're publishing.

Woohoo! Awesome to see Scarbs back! Gary Anderson may have experience but it doesn't make him a good tech writer. I hope you consider taking Scarbs back on full time. :)

Yep, his bit about Force India in his article had more info in it than Gary's full 'interview'. Please give the man what he wants and ditch Anderson.

Yep, poor interview. I have yet to read a piece from Gary Anderson that had anything new to those who follow the technical side of F1.

Scarbs has brought multiple technical scoops to Autosport in the past, has better prose and tech writing skills and is more presentable.

Autosports only selling point on Gary Anderson, is "former F1 designer" former being the operative word and neither was it out of choice. He simply was not good enough, and hence got cast adrift. Sadly and most predictably the BBC has hired Mr Anderson, on the grounds of "A man with all seeing knowledge" when it comes to F1 design. As a designer Anderson is a failed one and as my mum says "even a broken clock is correct, twice a day" So Anderson's claim to fame is designing a car that has won a couple of gran prix's. That's a whole 2 GP wins in his entire career and neither of them was on merit. The decision makers at Autosport, dropped the ball when the let go Scarbs, in favour of a technical non-entity like Anderson.

Just gonna put this here to see how this one pans out since he didn't, you know, do any journalistic work and is simply speculating.

The Ferrari tech analysis from Scarbs. More info on just one page about this car than ive been reading for weeks now on Autosport website. Honestly, why is this guy not getting a full blown contract? It doesnt get any better than this. Autosport GET HIM!!

+1. The best guy all around. This would actually make me get a subscription with Autosport, even though I'm already privileged enough to read his technical publication in local magazine in my native language.

@andrewbensonf1: Lotus admit their "chassis problem" was with front suspension mount, say fix has added 1kg to the chassis: http://bit.ly/y7g9ci
