Glad to have been of service, gentlemen.
The ATS V8 project was taken over by Derrington- Francis with some help from a well-financed Mario de Araujo Cabral a Portuguese GP driver who contested 4 GPs between 1958 and 1964. Mario put in some money and they contest the 1964 Italian GP. They qualified 19th in a field of 20 and retired from the tail of the field before half distance with engine problems.
The car was not seen again.

Was it the ATS GP cars that were used by the Scuderia Centro Sud for their Driving School at the same time period?
Not sure but Count Volpe was one of the original investor in ATS.
