..but lots of ",but"s. Just as I was sure the pun was on a then generic German driver, he's called a Frenchman (which might be part of the joke in the first place?..). Fry and Dr. House in brilliant form.

Stephen Fry's sheepish look at the end is because he messed up his pretend punch and actually made contact with poor old Hugh.
