The video is now gone but Kravitz confirmed it was the older wing, visually you can see it is the older wing (look at the element just inboard of the endplate) and formula1.com had this to say:

No doubt people will point fingers about preferential treatment but I don't believe that's the case here. It's not like he hasn't had new developments put on the car straight away in his races so far. Raikkonen seems to be going with what he knows until he sees it is a benefit and might be using Grosjean as a bit of a test mule.
