My initial proposition is as follows.
1. Bernie Ecclestone.
2. Jean Todt.
3. Charlie Whiting.
4. Paul Hembery.
5. Hermann Tilke.
6. Dietrich Mateschitz.
7. Christian Horner.
8. Eric Boullier.
9. Gerard Lopez.
10. Franz Tost.
11. Sebastian Vettel.
12. Felipe Massa.
13. Nico Rosberg.
14. Kimi Raikkonen.
15. Romain Grosjean.
16. Nico Hulkenberg.
17. Bruno Senna.
18. Heikki Kovalainen.
19. Vitaly Petrov.
20. Charles Pic.
etc.
Then I'd made any stupid limitations illegal: no testing limitations, no budgets' limitations, no technical limitations (except maximum volume of engines). Grand Prix racing shouldn't be "Petit Prix" TV show!

A quick glance at the drivers you are getting rid of - Seb Vettel, Kimi Raikonnen and Nico Rosberg....
who exactly are we replacing these drivers with? Where is the huge uprush of young talent able to do a better job than these guys.
And what exactly has Todt done wrong? Compared to Moseley I have found him stabilising and a very pleasant surprise.

I did not read your intro and thought that the list you proposed was a potential line up for an exhibition GP, now that would be something (as long as those from p11 onwards have to drive on reverse gear)

Possibly one of the worst posts I've seen on this board. EVER.
+1. This guy wants to get rid of half the drivers and 5 or more of the best this season. Looking at the names I'm not sure he doesn't have a prejudice.
