I have just been shown this picture

Andretti's car received new front suspension and aerodynamic upgrades for this race, so my guess is maybe Giacomelli was given a chance to try them out during practice.

I was assured this is a "race" picture, but my first thought was that it was a 'practice' shot, this makes me think my first assumption was right!
