I recently bought o copy of Dunlop Car Race Tyres produced in 1979. It says the previous edition was produced in 1972. Does anyone have a copy of this who would be willing to share some of the information in it? I am particularly interested in the compounds. I am of course happy to share information from the 1979 booklet with anyone interested.

Any one of these chaps may be able to help you with the 1972 ‘Dunlop Car Race Tyres’ catalogue or directly regarding the tyre compounds.

Thanks Scott. The pdf files relate to street tyres from the 60's and 70's I'm afraid but I will try the contacts you supplied.
