What the f&ck do you mean "finally"?!

Finally means - after suffering a load of reliability issues , retiring from lead and an even huge number of BS penalties , He got some payback.

Alas it wasnt inherited from Alonso . Well there is still some way to go in this season - maybe Nando is feeling generous :)

Jenson fans defending how slow he is...

Button points as a McLaren driver: 603
2012 (Including Singapore) 119
2011: 270
2010: 214

Hamilton points as a McLaren driver: 609
2012 (Including Singapore): 142
2011: 227
2010: 240

So, the very capable Lewis is leading Button by six points after 2.5+ years together...

And yet, you call Button slow and incapable? That certainly does not speak too loud of Lewis, though...

Oh no. Such a nice drive from Senna and that stupid car blows up. :(

Wasn't a good drive, really. Look what Pastor was doing in the same car and how many time did Bruno hit the wall this weekend? At least 4 I think. Simply not good enough to be in F1.

It's hard to begrudge him this victory after losing one in Valencia; that's motor racing as they say.

Well, McLaren clearly saw that Hamilton was on course to be back in with a solid chance at the championship again - despite the countless screw-ups made by McLaren at the start of the year - and thought that just too good.

Alonso is the best driver in F1 and the best driver should win a few races (and championships) here and there even though the car is not the fastest.
He really is the one that has made the least mistakes over the last years while also pushing the car very hard to keep it close to the more well behaved cars and a championship would be very deserved.

Nice one Seb. So many people had all but written him off. He is now Alonso's closest challenger. With Red Bull favored tracks on the way.

Hes only the closest challenger statistically you can admit that, the red bull favoured tracks is nonsense, theyve only been in the running for the win seriously at two grand prixs this year andd that was before Mclaren took a step,

Mclaren will win remaining races and title will be Alonsos in Brazil.

It is still feels bitter-sweet.
Granted, at Valencia it was clear nobody could challenge Vettel.
Here, with the way the race panned out, it was going to be a cliffhanger between Lewis and Vettel to the end.
But that is not the way to win races and championships :( This style of victory suits better a certain driver in red :p

Good drives from the top 3 in general. Alonso just keeps ticking over...

PDR great drive.

Worst drive has to be MS, was slow to anyway, probably tyres. Then forgot to break it seems.

Without the safety car I think Jenson had a shout at the win, but when he was on the same age tyres as Seb and behind him, it was very difficult.

Equally DiResta likely lost a podium due to the safety car, with Alonso benefitting.

Alonso has almost got the WDC in the bag - he has the reliability and it also seem the luck - McLaren are still in a shout for the WDC but both drivers need to finish every race from here on.

The Ferrari was a beast during the second stint with the soft tyres. He was the quickest by far.

True, but to pretend that it was anything other than a rather ordinary drive for Vettel is disingenuous I think. It does Seb no credit to pretend that this was a great victory - it belittles his abilities.

It feels dumbed down on the television, but it's nothing compared to DRS/silly looking wings on the cars themselves which matters a whole lot more. I maintain it's good for the crowd paying to see the drivers.

In 2010 alone, he made more mistakes than all the other lead drivers COMBINED.

Not to add, though, that other than in qualifying, the Ferrari has been A GREAT car all season long.
