Schumacher is not de-motivated at all IMO. He's driving as well as ever, it's just that the competition is a lot stronger and the playing field is much more even.

oh, the never ending drivel

In these 3 years, I see Mercedes or strange FIA decisions preventing us from seeing memorable wins.

That is ridiculous SV. Michael has not exactly been hard done by in the decisions from FIA juries. The effort he did on Rubens was memorable for it's ruthlessness AND the fact that Schumie got away without being suspended. Running into the back of cars in the modern era is routinely punished so there's no cause for quibble there. Engine penalties, gearbox penalties, come straight out of the rule book. And on Mercedes side of things Nico has also suffered from some odd strategies, all teams have them from time to time, especially when they're trying to compensate for a car that's rubbish.

Over his career I would say that Michael has done extremely well in the jury room, extremely well.

Knowing his luck, I guess we can expect a top 12 finish later? Or that's even a stretch?

Ugh.

I am genuinely surprised to learn that.

Vergne will not even get a penalty. Michael should park the car. He lost to much time.

Well even without an accident this would likely have been another spanking. 2 seconds of RBR pace is pretty depressing. Event STR seems faster. I doubt NR will make it top 10 the way things are going...

Our Dutch commentator Olav Mol said both were equally to blame. This sunday turned into shit already.

Usually the guy behind is to blame?
I doubt Nico will finish in top 10. But with help( like Perez) he can do it.
And Lewis is such cry baby. He lost 0,3 sec behind Michael and have to whine on radio.

At least for some laps now Michael is faster than Nico. He was faster even with old tyres when Nico has new ones.

I don't think they will give him penalty. Alan Jones is guest steward?

Wanna bet they will give him a reprimand and he will be dropped 10 places. Great way to screw him again.

If he is guilty punish him now.

+1

I dont understand why didn't just stop the race after the puncture. Ok, an early SC might minimaze the loss, but...

I think it is f**king stupid the stewards wont just investigate Schumacher ignorning blue flags now. I mean what are they doing right now that they are so busy they cant look into it now! It is boring race i am supirsed they are not even asleep.

It is just so they can wreck another race next weekend with a grid pen.

I think if MSC had'nt been hit in the first corner he would have had a far stronger race than rosberg as he seems to be far faster than him throughout the race. It's a shame and I hope that MSC does'nt get screwed by a penalty for the next race.

This was a painful race. He didn't have a car that allowed him to fight back, not even remotely. Nico couldn't even grab a point. 3 races to go, I'm saddened that Schumacher won't have a fighting finale... he's got no weapons. It'll be a show of him and Rosberg dropping back from already poor qualifying positions if things keep up.

Another race to forget.

tbh I don't know why they had him going around risking his neck in that shitbox when even Britney couldn't get into the points. Roll on Brazil when I can finally wash my hands of this team once for for all.

Michael got out of the car, and without stopping and speaking with anyone, just walked quickly to the back into privacy. I guess he is not a happy sailor these days, and end cannot come soon enough for him.

Indian GP: Schumacher escapes penalty for blue flag incident

"The Stewards considered that the driver car 10 [Grosjean] did not close the gap sufficiently to require car 7 [Schumacher] to move out of the way in accordance with Appendix H Article 2.4.5 (d) of the International Sporting Code"

Controversial, given that in schumacher's hay day, Blue flags were used to help him out.
But when you can participate in motorsport and think you can ignore Black flags, you've got to try you're luck.

Apparently stewards think he did nothing wrong, sure Autosport title is misleading.

No, especcially thinking about the 3 more races that he has to drive this shitbox.
I feel for him, ending the season on a high is out of the question imo.

Never a word of apology from the team, Brawn or Haug for their truly abysmal performance.
Schumi's comeback was always time limited and could have been so completely different in a better car - which is almost any of them.

Yes, im pretty sure his 2nd comeback could have been different with a decent car. I blame mercedes because they drain michael's motivation to drive longer.

The downward spiral of the season is best encapsulated by Michael's season. The great form and promise of the start is a distant memory.

From the outside we have perception that there is big divide between the team and Michael, and I wonder if we are correct in that assessment. I think something really unhealthy happened especially between Norbert Haug and Michael, and how this all potentially affects his association with the firm, if at all.

I know it would be impossible, but my dream is that Vettel win his titile at Austin and then at Interlagos he give his RBR to Michael as a sign of respect to the great champion...

Well, Senna's last race came at quite the unexpected time so that would have been hard anyway.
