Good racing today
You call that Good racing?
Absolute carnage, shocking driving standards and bugger all done by the stewards (as usual). It was like watching an online race. Looks like many GP3 drivers raced in Rotax kart classes with such terrible driving.

it depends on how fast the car that hit the staller at the start, also messy turn 1 part 2 and i wonder want FIA do this time around bearing in mind we got a long wait for the last races of the year

The start mess was quite amateurish, but fight in top 10 was pretty good.

Russian Time will take Bamboo's place in 2014. Why is Bamboo withdrawing after one season?

I guess they haven't the staff to run GP3 and WTCC and the WTCC deal was better?

Nope! Daniil just needs to get a clean start and not destroy his tyres and he's got a great chance. Such an impressive display as a rookie.

Have to say for someone not totally convinced on him, Kvyat was epic in qualifying earlier. I expect with the pace he has in hand he'll wipe the floor with the field all things going to plan...

Whoa, I forgot that the championship is so tight at the front, just three points between first and second. Looking forward to the race now.

Regalia won't have a chance, was really ragged in qualifying and is pretty far back.

He needs to get up to 6th to keep his championship hopes alive if Kvyat wins, that's not unreasonable. With the grid reversal for tomorrow, he'd probably actually still have a (small) chance to grab it.

AFdC having to commentate Kvyat's way to the title. That's just mean.

Yea. Buxton even had to ask him about F1, heh.
Doesn't look like Regalia can get that 6th on his own. Either there's a wreck ahead of him in the next few laps or Kvyat is champion.

Kvyat will be the Marc Marquez of F1. He'll massacre Vergne, then Ricciardo will not impress at RBR and Danil will take his seat in 2015. Then, Vettel's reign will come to an end

Yeah, I gathered. just that at the start of the race, I though it was D'Ambrosio as usual. Their voices are a bit similar, at least at first.
Anywhoo, if not F1 then Indy. I would welcome him there like in an neutrino-second. Top lad.

Shouldn't you be driving a race or something?

Congrats to Kvyat. Once he got used to the GP3 machine is has pretty much destroyed the rest of the grid. Rookie champion, very, very impressive.

Bravo Kvyat, deserves it for that impeccable second half of the season, although seeing Marko happy just gave me cancer.
Speaking of that, Stoneman 6th. Hats off and thrown into the bloody air. GP3 >>>> GP2

Congrats to Kvyat.
He is certainly the best bet in GP3. If he will manage to overcame the lack of experience and do a good job in F1 we will find out next year.

Well done to Dany Kvyat! He was trully the class of the field in the second part of the season! Even da costa seemed pretty happy for him and it was one of the few times I have seen Helmut Marko smile for someone who is not Vettel

Sainz Jr. excluded from race 1 for the collision with Niederhauser. Not the first time he does something like this when he's being overtaken, he has great potential but if he wants to get that promotion in 2015 he needs to sort that out.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find Sims all black/no sponsors race suit funny? Must have seen 'Westworld' at an impressionable age and now fancies himself as a latter day Yul Brynner. Gun for hire, yee-haw!
Hope this means we see Stoneman back in single seaters full time. Great showing Dean!

Happy that Ellinas took this win. He could be fighting for the championship in this last race if it wasn't for other driver's mistakes in Spa and Monza. Same as Daly. Good to see both of them today showing what they can do.
Big respect to Stoneman!!!!

good first season in GP3 for Jack Harvey, 5th in the championship, he looks like he might be a good driver in future so hopefully he gets a driver for 2014.
