Just printed some shots taken at 67 Monza 1000ks and one is a portrait of Maurice Baumgarten who was he ??????

Might it be Maurice Baumgartner, who was President of the CSI between 1961 and 1970?

Lampooned by 'Road & Track's edition of 'Compost Press' as 'Maurice Raumfartner'... Was regarded as one of the prototype apparatchik international sporting authority bureaucrats who apparently adored the blazer, grey flannels and imposing gold-lettered red-leather FIA armband. In fact he was completely innocuous compared to such later pantomime authority figures as Jean-Marie Balestre.

Does the print show Maurice Baumgartner jumping Ted? Possibly from a great height? If so, print some more, they'll sell like hot cakes!

Trouble is Felix B is Austrian but Maurice B was, I think, Swiss so I don't suppose they're related. And driver Zsolt was Hungarian, so perhaps a common name around that part of Europe. I'll stop rambling now. :drunk:

Maurice Baumgartner was head of the Swiss motor sport federation in the 1960s

A little bit more information about Baumgartner. His business was in the production of paper-based filter tips, and he also published "Automobile Year". According to the following website, he was also a Bentley fan as well:
