I would expect a seat for Daniil Kvyat too, assuming he's not dropped by Red Bull, but I don't know where.

would be nice if Calado got the chance. If Caterham are going to pay into Arden in Formula Renault 3.5, then surely they would expect to get one of their drivers placed there. There are rumours swirling about that James Calado is going to be picked up by Caterham. If true, that could translate into a Arden Caterham seat for him.
I would expect a seat for Daniil Kvyat too, assuming he's not dropped by Red Bull, but I don't know where.
Kvyat won't be in 3.5 next year, either because he is dropped and doesn't have the money, or because he is kept, and took to the next RB junior step, british F3 (where Sainz jr raced this year, btw finished 6th, though probably would've been 4th if not for missing the last weekend, still, @op: I don't think he'll be promoted to 3.5 either, probably another year in british F3, not like he is in a hurry being only 18)

Perhaps it is that:
Fortec: James Calado (?) – Felix Serralles (?)
Tech-1: Aaro Vainio (?) – Esteban Gutiérrez (?)
Arden Caterham: Antonio Felix da Costa (?) – Carlos Sainz jr. (?)
ISR: Nick Yelloly (?) – Stoffel Vandoorne (?)
Lotus: Marco Sørensen (?) – Nico Müller (?)
Carlin: Kevin Magnussen (?) – Jack Harvey (?)
Comtec: Jordan King (?) – Luciano Bacheta (?)
Draco: André Negrão (?) – Albert Costa (?)
DAMS: Kevin Korjus (?) – Daniel Abt (?)
P1: Walter Grubmüller (?) – René Binder (?)
BVM-Target: Sergey Sirotkin (?) – Sergio Campana (?)
Pons: Zoёl Amberg – Yann Cunha
AV Formula: Sergio Canamasas (?) – Alex Ribeiras (?)
No Gutierrez, he is driving with Sauber. Daniel Abt will be in GP2 with Lotus. Korjus will be with Lotus, not with DAMS. Jack Harvey is probably going to GP3, so perhaps Sainz will be with Carlin.

Daly tested for AJ Foyt in IndyCar, but now it seems he is close to a deal with Tech 1.
But like the article from Autosport from last week said, Daly's plans are really in the air. Doesn't have the funds to move up in Europe or the US. FR3.5 is a bit more than GP3, and IndyCar is really not an option. I'd like to see him stay in Europe, but he hasn't got the backing like Rossi has.
Can champions of this series return? van der Garde, if he can't get the Caterham seat, could make the move back from GP2, to do what Bianchi and Bird did.

Seems to have changed a bit in the past few days. He's reported as nearly having a WSbR package together. Emphasis on nearly

Saw that in the IndyCar thread a few minutes later. Surprised Tech 1 hasn't had a better line-up already picked yet though. Being that they are the winner in the team standings last year, it seems either Daly is a serious talent for them to wait, or interest in the series isn't what it was last year.

Oli Webb confirmed at Fortec.
Wow, now that is a shock. I thought he's budget wouldn't stretch to WSR after going to the US last year. Will be interesting to see how he does, his first WSR season a couple of years back wasn't great to say the least but who knows, Fortec are a good team now so it'll be interesting, i think he's got a hard time up against Vandoorne though.

Magnussen, da Costa, and Vandoorne might be the favorites, but if Sirotkin can keep his nose clean (which kept him from the Auto GP title last year), he could easily sneak up and take it. That car was quick with Bird last year, and has been a title contending team in the past.
