Well, im spanish and this is amazing, three years, and Ferrari isn´t able to give him a winning car.

After Austin qualy where Alonso with all updates qualified nineth, even his teammate Massa did better job.

Poll, you must vote if Alonso should leave Ferrari yet.

Thanks

To go where exactly?

Ferrari started off poorly this season but have developed their car very well. They are on par with Mclaren but ahead of Lotus and Mercedes. Red Bull remains untouchable from all garages in the paddock.

I'd love to see him back in Enstone team with Kimi Raikkonen tbh. But it is unreal. He will end his career in Ferrari with 0 titles win in red suit

He had a winning car in his first season, and had a good and most important bullet-proof car in 2012.

What for? FA has said it's better to drive for Ferrari than to win championships. He has and will complain at other teams too that the car is not fast enough...

Kimi, cielo, if you are trying to quote Lobato, you forgot to add that the only reason Alonso is still there fighting for the championship is the magic he does with the car every time he steps in it.

Is the season over already? I wasn't aware that Vettel had won this season yet.

I'm not sure why being second in the championship would ever be a reason to leave a team anyway.

I think it should be remembered that this is the first year of the Pat Fry technical team so there is much more to come without any doubt. Likewise, they've had a quite incredible season if you consider where they were in Melbourne.

It's clearly not good enough to lose when you have resources like Ferrari and (IMO) the best driver in F1. However, when you look at the operational/reliability shambles at McLaren and developmental issues at Mercedes, the grass isn't always greener.

He can't go to McLaren, Red Bull have Vettel (and would promote from within rather than take Alonso), Lotus isn't faster than Ferrari (and I think there's some burned bridges there as well) and Mercedes won't take him either with Lewis there.

Alonso will finish his career at Ferrari, and they are a WDC contender almost every year so he's in the best seat he can get.

For me, Hamilton´s move is a big mistake, but the time said who is correct!!!

Today Mercedes GP isn´t better than Ferrari is obvious, but next year only GOD knows..... but is probably that no :)

2014 revolution is close. Today it might look like Red Bull will rule for a long time, but everything comes to an end. McLaren and Ferrari are the places to be 80% of the time, so I´d play it safe.

Yep, that's why I know the Alonsada has been shouting asking for heads to roll and Alonso deserving to go to a better team for a while already. I think, the funniest moment was when they started to suggest he should go to Lotus after Bahrein.

Magic...... only one for ever RIP.

Tell that to Lobato, who doesn't seem to get the idea ):

Lobato who?

Spanish fellows, we are damned. The guys get more and more dumb, and keep inviting clueless people and talking about what average Joe says on social networks. Did you watch Friday free practice? It´s 3 hours of propaganda with the sound of cars on the background and the ocasional "look, someone´s gone off"!!

This thread is crazy and in addition I voted no.

To join the madness it would be great to see Fernando and Sebastian swap teams for the 2014 season. Maybe Seb gets greedy and/or fights with Dr. Marko for this to happen :-)

He shouldn't have burnt bridges behind him like he did. Complain about not being #1 driver, drive close to Indy pit wall behind Lewis, blackmail the team during Hungary... he's not the most calculative driver when things aren't perfect for him.

 Ferrari though, are most certainly calculating, and so the choice of whether Fernando ends his career at Maranello, may eventually not be his own.
