Brilliant team managment, brilliant lead driver, solid 2nd driver, great designer, shitload of cash. They have everything to dominate F1 for years (if they are not already dominating :p)

Makes me wonder with the retirements LH has had this year how different things could have been! But then SV has had some bad luck to!

It's not RedBull's fault that McLaren threw it away..
So it's deserved

Of course it was deserved, wth are you talking about? You can doubt Vettel's raw talent all you want, but they is NO doubt that Red Bull is the best team in F1 right now. The low amount of mistakes they make is staggering!

Congrats to Red Bull. Not only have they won a WDC once but they have defended their title two years there after. Congrats to Red Bull, the F1 team, Newey and their drivers.

No need to slate them even if you dislike them. Credit is due when credit is due. Lets be gentlemen about it.

Not always WCC neither WDC is for the best car/driver. They are superior team to McLaren by quite a margin (and button in few races was really bad... REALLY BAD)

Yes they deserve it, there were by far the most consistent team in the last 3 years, very fast and reliable, I just hope than next year Ferrari can challange them for the championship.

Too bad for them there has been so many question marks on the legality of the car.
People take shit for Ferrari's decision to give Massa a gearbox penalty and search the limits of the rules with that decision, but RB does this all the time while designing their cars.
Adrian is continiously searching how to interpret the rules differently than they were supposed to be.

That said, congrats to the team!

As I am woman it's rather difficult for me to be a gentleman so can I be an asshole about? :)

I am happy they won though.

So what is the record for number of days as WCC? Still a fair way off Ferrari and MS record I guess

Red Bull, became stronger over the year while McLaren tailed off slightly plus made a bunch of costly error. Ferrari was never a factor in the first half of the season due to Massa not tailing Alonso and the car was pretty much never the ultimate thing to have on the grid. Sooo... congratulations Red Bull, you f'ed it up less than the rest with a very good engineer :)

Great job by the team! They're a real powerhouse now, few little niggles to work out with Renault, but their development pace is epic, they're obviously well sorted at the factory, the first few races this year was the first time in a very long time they've bolted bits on the car that didn't work out straight out and even then they got it sorted pretty quick smart. Two very good drivers, good pit calls, smart/ruthless about the regulations. They seem to take the bits from other top teams that make them good and put them all together, and this is the result.

Would've liked Mark up on the podium to celebrate a bit but oh well, he's had some sort of epic run of non-race ending reliability, had to happen eventually :(

I loathe their drinks with a passion and hate to see them in F1, but they remain the team to beat so much respect for that. Congratulations!

Lol McLaren breaks down from two winning positions and they deserve WCC? As a McLaren fan I call BS, Red Bull totally deserve this unprecedented hat trick.

Absolutely. They have simply done a better job than the others, combining the best mix of speed, strategy, reliability and efficiency. Well done RBR, you walk among a select few now and have achieved greatness in such a short period of time

It's pretty fantastic stuff, don't forget Stewart/Jaguar had won nothing at all (well bar Germany 1999, only race win) until they picked up the team in 2005. They went one up and beat all the heavyweights who've been at the top for decades, McLaren, Ferrari, Enstone's team, 3 years on the run.

Newey or no Newey it's a remarkable achievement. Just remember others with massive budgets, Toyota, BMW, Honda (albeit under Brawn they picked 1 title), never came anywhere close to this. It's really very very hard to beat the established top teams in F1.

This season reminds me of 2000 where McLaren had the best car, but were not the best team and ultimately Ferrari beat them to the WCC and WDC.

Congratulations to Red Bull, Horner, Newey, Vettel, Webber, et al.

Innocent until proven guilty.

Give credit where it is due. There is no denying their success, Mclaren with their race winning cars are behind Ferrari in constructors! Redbull have worked hard and deservingly so, retained their title.
