Very very well done, there'll always be doubters, there'll always be those who deny, but he really is something special, and i have an idea he'll just keep on showing it.

Well done, and well deserved, when it came to getting the job done, he did it.

Well done, fully deserved.

Hopefully Red Bull dominance does come to an end sooner rather than later though.

Congrats to Seb, was rooting for Alonso but either one would be equally worthy as champion!
Roll on next year!

Extremely well deserved WDC!!

Bruno tried to steal it by idiotic ramming and then the team almost threw it away - yet Seb persevered and delivered!!

Congrats!!

Alonso or Hamilton would have deserved it more but Vettel kept plugging away. Not his best season by far but when things go your way, they go your way. In the end whoever wins it deserves it, Vettel can't be blamed for the car being a bit dodgy. :)

And he didn't pass under yellows, apparently they were track condition lights.

Think of all the little things in this season that could've tipped the title either way. If Hamilton won in Singapore for example :p.

Congrats Seb, watching Michael with him was special. He is now the natural heir to Michael.

Drove well under considerable pressure, and conditions and made brave moves.

Congrats Seb! You can retire now and have stats only a handful of people have achieved. I'm scared to think how much more success you will have when you retire!

Well done, Vettel, Red Bull, Newey and his team! That was a very good drive too today. After dropping dead last he was at P8 in no time! This man's attitude is great. That served him great today!

Unbelievable I felt like my heart was going to stop at some moments during that race but he did it.

Sebastian Vettel you are very special!

The embrace he shared with Schumacher as well was just awesome to witness.

Very nervy race from Vettel. He was very cautios in the first lap which resulted in him being hit from behind (good riddance Senna). Then with nothing to lose he was brilliant to catch up to the Alonso group in no time. With the title in hand he then became nervy again when running behind Koba. He was the first to take another set of slicks when he had to be in a reacting strategy and it cost him an extra stop. Then when everything seemed to go Alonsos way, Seb was brilliant again and was the fastest driver in the end of the race. He showed his tromendous skill but his performance was definately heavily affected by nerves, but then again who can blame him. He persisted through very difficult times and got the result needed.

Great season and a well deserved championship. The strong performance by Alonso and the car at McLaren, means that it was a very well earned championship.

Both contenders deserved it they have been spectacular for almost every single race one way or another. Gratz to Sebastian 3xWDC speaks for itself. This season was just brilliant.

Amazing drive! That was not an easy task in any way. Almost everything that could've gone wrong went wrong. Radio problems, pitstop problems, first lap accident (not his fault). But eventually he became the youngest 3 x champion.

Alonso did everything that he could and if he would've won the WC it would have been amazing also. I was purely amazed how Vettel was able to climb back after everything. Would be nice to know how much that exhaust damage reduced the power of Vettel's car.

But the race was exactly like the title decider of the season should be. Lot of stuff going on and sometimes it was difficult to follow who was in which position etc.

Well done Seb

Personally I think we saw some great performances by a couple of drivers over the season and it was a thrilling end to a thrilling season.

Love also the bitter moaning and whining by some sour grapes. Makes 3 WDC in a row even sweeter. :smoking:

You've gotta marvel at RBR's amazing run to the title. First half of the season they were iffy at some races. Second half of the season they were deadly. That car was just amazing in the last 6 races. And Vettel made the most of it too. 3X WDC...
