Normally this is broadcast on British Eurosport in the UK, can't spot anything in the schedules though.

What's the TV coverage like?

Risil, here in Brazil both Races will be shown live, Saturday Race on pay-tv (SporTV) and Sunday race on free tv (Rede Globo).
In the past, EuroSport used to broadcast both races, but IIRC last year event collided with RoC so the broadcast was dropped.
Unfortunately, I can't confirm you any international broadcaster for this event.

But I believe it won't be difficult to find a stream for it on the web.
I advise you to PM the usual suspects.

Kamui Kobayashi - ex F1

Formula One has been losing capable drivers for a while now. The difference in Kobayashi's case is that unlike Glock, Trulli and Petrov, he's not even considering taking a drive at one of the backmarker teams. It's a tough old world out there. Fisichella and Heidfeld were sent to the sidelines while they were still driving at a very high level, too. All scored podium finishes in their final year of serious F1.

But look at that list of ex-F1 and nearly-made-its in the OP. There's life after Grand Prix racing, and out of it, too.

Yes the chosen livery is for the driver and kart so yes it does mean that Bianchi himself perceives himself as a Force India driver for the coming year.
