Good news for fans of Pre-war Grand Prix cars is that the HGPCA will be organising a race restricted to pre-1940 cars at the forthcoming Donington Festival to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first car race meeting at the circuit. It's very rare these days to see stand-alone races for pre-war GP cars (apart from the Revival) and the HGPCA are hoping to attract entries from the USA and Europe for the double-header.
