In FORZA (April 2013) was a nice story of the BARCboys..

Four young eastcoast lads formed in the late 50s a 'club' the BARCboys..

They travelled the Eastcoast racetracks as helpers and did a lot of photographs..

Even Graham Hill became a member , hence the BARCboy headline..

http://www.barcboys.com/

Enjoy the photographs..

Best regards Michael

The Graham connection is mentioned only in the FORZA article...the 'boys' once helped towing Graham's BRM to a racetrack--GH immediately 'joined' the Boysclub...

More in the article..In the best times this club has had more than 70 members...Through the internet the old boys rebuilt their connection and started to built up a photocollection..

Quite so. Boreham, Snetterton and Cadwell are well to the East but not coastal.
I assumed it was a reference to the British Automobile Racing Club, rather than the Brooklands ditto if NGH was somehow involved.

YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cited far too short...
BARC in this case was coined as 'Binghampton Automobile Racing Club' in Binghampton New York!!!!
And the club members towed Graham Hill's car in 1961 and 62 from the town of Watkins Glen to the track on the trailer owned by one of the members...(imagine Vettels car towed from the city of Monza to the Autodromo...)
So the Graham Hill membership was invented..

I'm wondering that nobody seems to read FORZA-magazine...

Thank you Tim--didn't know that..

and can't understand that FORZA isn't distributed in UK?? Only airports and mainstations...?

It's totally different to Cavallino, but has its advantages and interesting stories too..
