nah! he'll have beaten him- even if they have to tweak the stopwatch slightly- makes good telly. Remember a lot of people saying (wrongly) Vettel's time when he went on.

Well, he'll beat his own previous time as it was in the wet. Just a bit of fun though (noting the already put forward conspiracy theories!).

for me it looks like 1.44.4

and that even tho I would have cheered for Seb to keep it :p, well he will get a chance to get it back some time I assume....

but seems to have been good racing of Lewis ^^

Seb got a 1:44.0 so it has to be lower than that if he's actually beat him.

Anyway, can't wait for Sunday.

but the second number is an 1:46 for sure.... so ..... if the first one is an 1.44 as it looks like..... I guess lewis time is either not on the wall yet... or Seb has kept his time

You can see (just lean your screen a bit) Vettel's name is second on the list and Hamilton above with what looks lik a 1:43.X

You can also see Hamilton's W+O lap below.

Hamilton's smile says it all don't ya think?

Yep it does look like it. The length of the names really suggest Hamilton's name is on top of the list and Vettel's name is second.
I'm almost sure he beats Seb's time looking at the picture.

Impossible to make out the time, but comparing the writing with that of a picture of the board with Vettel's time, confirms that Vettel has now been moved to second.

It's a 1:44.0. Just zoom in a bit. Does look like a 46.0 at first glance, but it isn't

The 2nd time on that board is 1:44.0, belongs to Seb. Hamilton seems to have done a 1:43.x.

not really.... can't base that on one lap on one track in one car.... besides.... I'm sure Vettel may get another second run as well some time...

I never realised there was much debate that Lewis was quicker than Seb? Just not as 'complete'.

Anyway it's just a bit of fun. Would like to see more F1 drivers on there.

Probs a 1:43:8, not exactly stellar (as in over Seb's) but I'm glad someone keeps pushing the old Liana :) Maybe Mark or Jenson will come back and improve their times. Odd he only gained 9/10 from wet though.

Jenson already has had two goes and didn't beat Hamilton in either, not sure he's up for going for a third go.

Not exactly stellar? haha serious?

Well if you factor in how many times individuals have driven on the track since Seb's go, you could probably attribute it to track evolution.

Beating the reigning 3-time consecutive WDC's time in identical machinery. Nothing stellar to see here, move along. :drunk:

Track evolution can go either way. What are you on about? It's no surprise, Lewis is probably the fastest driver in the world.

Rain (and snow, and ice  ) reverses any track evolution. Damian Lewis would agree :rotfl: .

Look at my profile ( and no i don't have anything to do with the racing team at all) you will see i am a Lewis Hamilton fan, i was on lunch and chatting about Lewis and his lap to other members of staff.

Even though he is gone, he is all people talk about at work, how will he do, wish he wouldn't of left!!!
